Tottenham Confident Of Signing Wilfried Zaha This Summer
Tottenham Hotspur are confident of signing Crystal Palace starlet Wilfried Zaha this summer, as per reports in England.
Wilfried Zaha has managed to completely revive his career since returning to Palace after a failed spell at Manchester United. The Ivory Coast international has tormented numerous defences already this season, and bagged 5 goals and 6 assists in 23 appearances in the Premier League so far.
Naturally, his performances have attracted interest from numerous clubs, but Tottenham remain the most interested party in securing his services.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is believed to be a big fan of the 24-year-old, and the Argentine tactician even submitted a £12 million bid for Zaha last summer, which resulted in an ugly tussle between the two clubs, and eventually resulted in the offer getting turned down.
Tottenham returned for the player in the 2017 January transfer window, but Palace rejected their approach once again.

However, Pochettino is fully confident of getting this deal done come summer, and many believe the Eagles will finally agree to cash in on their pacey forward in the upcoming transfer window as well.
Zaha’s current contract sees him earn £40,000-a-week at the Selhurst Park outfit, so the prospect of getting a pay raise, along with playing in the Champions League and competing for the Premier League title will be too good to turn down for the winger.
Palace boss Sam Allardyce, who would much rather prefer to offload Andros Townsend than Wilfried Zaha, may be left with no option but to sell the latter, given the player’s wishes and Spurs’ insistence.
