Jurgen Klopp is ready to go head to head with Bayern Munich for a transfer target, this time working at Anfield.

It is a familiar situation for the Reds boss who lost a number of key players to the Bavarian giants in his time in the Bundesliga.

Klopp did not manage to get the upper hand in transfers over the German giants and is yet again set to fight it out with them for the signature of one of his top transfer targets.

The Reds lack genuine width in their attack and Klopp will be scouting for wingers who can improve the squad.

While the options in the transfer market are bleak, Klopp seems to have convinced himself that Borussia Dortmund starlet Christian Pulisic is the right man for his club in England.

With five goals already this season, the 18-year old USA international is one of the most attractive youngsters in Europe at the moment and is wanted by some of the biggest clubs in the world.

He has been in exceptional form and is also wanted by Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford and Mauricio Pochettino at the White Hart Lane, but Klopp is desperate for his signature and is ready to fight for him this summer.
