1. Julian Draxler To Arsenal

What’s the story?

Arsene Wenger is desperate to have a stellar season with his club this year, and the only way to ensure that happens is through ground-breaking summer signings. According to reports, the Gunners are preparing to do exactly that, by bringing Julian Draxler in during the ongoing transfer window. The player is rumoured to leave PSG this summer, and the London club fancies the idea of getting him to the Emirates as soon as possible.

Should the deal take place?

Draxler failed to impress in his time at the French club, and the arrival of Neymar has all but ensured that his stay there is reaching an abrupt end. While Wenger struggles to keep Sanchez and Ozil at the club, the arrival of the German midfielder could add abundance of quality in the squad and even help new man, Alexandre Lacazette, get a few more goals to his name. Arsenal’s loss to Stoke City is proof of how desperately they need to improve their team, and maybe Draxler is the ideal answer to that particular problem.

Possibility of it happening

The possibility of the player coming to the Gunners this summer hangs in the balance at 5/10.

2. Nikola Kalinic To AC Milan

What’s the story?

Nikola Kalinic has missed recent training sessions with Fiorentina, and is being linked with an exit from the club. Reports from Express suggest that the striker is preparing for a move to rival club AC Milan, and it might take place in the week to come. However, the player might be fined for skipping training, and will be hoping for the deal to quickly take place.

Should the deal take place?

There is no denying the fact that the professional is a talent worth having, and his stats of 33 goals in 2 seasons with La Viola prove exactly the same. The player has spent two seasons with Blackburn in the past, and is now also being targeted by Everton. Both Ronald Koeman’s side and AC Milan have spent massively this summer, and are in need of a proper goal-getter – exactly what the Croatian is known to be. However, the Serie A side is surely the bigger of the two, and has ambitions of coming back to the top of the sport, thus making it the place where the player should head.

Possibility of it happening

The chances of Kalinic heading to AC Milan for £27 million are currently 9/10.

3. Marcos Llorente To Chelsea

What’s the story?

Despite already bringing in four names to the squad this transfer window, Antonio Conte is eager to add another signing before the month comes to an end. Diario Madridista believes that Real Madrid midfielder, Marcos Llorente, has emerged as a player that the London club has taken an interest in, and might end up chasing in the coming days.

Should the deal take place?

The 22-year-old spent last season with Deportivo Alaves on loan and made an impressive 32 appearances. However, with Casemiro, Modric, and Kroos making up an exceptional midfield in Zidane’s side, finding regular first team action at the Bernabeu might be an extremely hard feat to achieve. The defending Premier League Champions have had a poor start to the season, and are in utmost need of refining the squad and bringing in talent of the highest order. If the player does wish to leave the Champions of Spain, then heading to the current rulers of England might not be the worst idea out there.

Possibility of it happening

The chances of Llorente heading to Stamford Bridge are currently 6/10.

4. Mateo Kovacic To Juventus

What’s the story?

According to the news mentioned in various sources including AS, Real Madrid have reportedly rejected a £70 million bid for Mateo Kovacic from Juventus. Zinedine Zidane considers the Croatian midfielder to be a vital part of the squad this season, and insists that he is not for sale.

Should the deal take place?

The 23-year-old central midfield man has found life tough at Madrid so far, but after starting in both the Spanish Super Cup legs recently and handling Messi with ease, it appears as though this might be his breakthrough season with the Champions. The player is slowly starting to show why he deserves to be a part of the best team in the world and leaving them at such a point should be a choice he will not consider making.

Possibility of it happening

The possibility of Kovacic heading to Juventus is no higher than 3/10.
