Real Madrid Star Rejects Arsenal As He ‘Wants’ A Move To Man Utd
Real Madrid star Gareth Bale is holding out for Man Utd after having rejected a switch to Arsenal, according to reports in Spain.
Bale has been mooted to join United this summer, as Los Blancos president, Florentino Perez, has given the green signal to offload the Welshman after having grown frustrated with his injury issues.
And Diario Gol reports that the former Tottenham Hotspur man has his eyes set to join the Red Devils in a dramatic return to the Premier League.
The Spanish outlet further claimed that the 28-year-old has even rejected a transfer to Spurs’ arch-rivals, Arsenal, as he is fixated on amove to Old Trafford in the summer.

And if they fail to land either one, only then will manager Jose Mourinho reinstate his interest in landing the Wales international.
Meanwhile, Bale, as of now, can only wait and see if Man Utd land Ronaldo or Neymar, though Spanish football expert Guillem Balague believes that no matter what, the injury-prone winger is destined to leave the club this summer.
Balague, while talking to Sky Sports, said: “I am convinced Real Madrid want to sell Gareth Bale. That is not Bale’s preferred choice, he would like to stay.

“Obviously somebody will have to buy Bale but I don’t think it will be Spurs; it doesn’t make sense for him to go back and it would cost Spurs too much to bring him back. Of course, Spurs would like to have Bale back but their targets are different.
“Other teams are better prepared and have a greater desire and financial possibilities. You only have to compare their expenditure to the highest in the Premier League to see they don’t have the kind of money it would take to sign Bale.”
