Jose Mourinho Could Sign His Favourite Wide-Man For £60m
Manchester United have already been in the news for all their transfer activity, and if recent reports are anything to go by, manager Jose Mourinho isn’t willing to let up any time soon.
The Portuguese manager is now reportedly interested in adding another winger to Manchester United‘s growing arsenal, by revealing his interest in signing current Chelsea man Willian.
The Brazilian has been impressive this past season for the Blues, showing off his quality in dead ball situations and being especially imperious with his long range efforts.
He may only have made 20 Premier League appearances in a Chelsea shirt last season, but Willian’s ability is there for all to see. And Mourinho knows that better than anyone.

Jose was responsible for signing the 29-year-old back when he was in charge at Stamford Bridge, snatching the pacey player away from Tottenham Hotspur in a swift move which is talked about till date.

Since then, Willian has become a mainstay at the London club, notching up over 150 appearances and scoring 25 goals as well. His performances have earned him a starting spot in the Brazilian squad at the World Cup, and he recently featured in his country’s 1-1 draw against Switzerland.
Willian would in many ways be the perfect signing for United, especially considering his frustration at being left on the bench more often than not by Antonio Conte, and also his expression of love for the Red Devils by calling them ‘one of the best teams in the world’.

The only issue, however, could be the £60 million fee that United would have to dish out, considering the fact that the Brazil international still has two years left on his contract at Stamford Bridge.
The Mancunians have already secured the signing of Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk for £53m and Diogo Dalot from Porto for £19m, making it a busy off-season for Jose Mourinho and co.
