No Man Utd Player Has Dribbled Past Wan-Bissaka In Training This Season
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is one of those rare defenders that actually make a player from the back line a hot prospect to view.
The manner in which the Spider launches into tackles and wins them is outright brilliant and the stats are out there to back it.
His addition had done wonders to the Manchester United lineup and on more occasions than one during the recently concluded Manchester derby it was evident that his efforts were the key difference between the both sides.
In fact, many fans were vocal in their stance that the English fullback was the Man of the Match during the encounter.
Now, a familiar face has revealed what exactly goes into making Wan-Bissaka the player he is.
Former Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher, in an interview to Norway’s TV2, stated the following about Wan-Bissaka: “I was talking to some Manchester United players, and they were saying that no player has managed to pass Wan-Bissaka in training this season.

“It’s as if he refuses to let them pass. He has to get better technically, but he is a fantastic full-back. When he gets better technically, he’s going to take his game to a new level. He is a fantastic defensive player and contributor for Manchester United.”
Fletcher went on to add: “He loves to defend himself. It’s refreshing to see, but he has to get better with the ball. Hopefully he is working on receiving and passing in training. I don’t see for myself that he’s going to be an attacking fullback who storms ahead.”
At 22 years of age, there’s plenty more that the former Crystal Palace player has to show to his growing fanbase at United who will eager to see him in action again.
