Incredible Reaction Of Bournemouth Goalkeeper To Greenwood’s Skills
Manchester United certainly took the game to Bournemouth on Saturday as a goals-galore fixture ended 5-2 in favour of the Red Devils at Old Trafford. Eddie Howe’s side certainly did their bit early on and paralyzed the Red Devils’ attempts to go through Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba.
However, they were not prepared for the flurry of goals that would arrive from other sources, such as Marcus Rashford’s penalty and Bruno Fernandes’ free-kick. Anthony Martial also created a beautiful goal from far out.
However, the one player the relegation-battling side seemed particularly perplexed by was Mason Greenwood, both of whose goals came from positions where the finishing did all the heavy lifting.
In fact, the silent stadiums have now permitted a special insight into just how the players react to moments on the pitch and the mic certainly caught the sheer frustration of the Bournemouth backline during Greenwood’s second goal.

“Don’t let him turn” is certainly not the best of advice to furnish whilst defending against Greenwood, as his impeccable finishing is only bettered by the fact that he can shoot from either leg, making him an all the more dangerous threat.

The reaction of keeper Aaron Ramsdale certainly seemed to attribute blame to members of his defense but the fact remains that not much can be done about such a goal except perhaps guess the small window that the teenager is looking to sneak the ball in through and try and cover it, whilst exposing the rest of the goal.
Simply put, Greenwood’s technique is excellent for a player of his age and he already looks adamant to taste the 20 goal tally himself this season.
How many more keepers will the English starlet continue to frustrate in the years to come?
