Bruno Fernandes’ Hilarious Reaction To Rashford’s Miss vs West Ham
Manchester United certainly cemented their status as comeback kings on Sunday when they won 3-1 away to West Ham United despite trailing by a goal at half-time. This comes close on the trails of what they did against Southampton as well with a late flurry securing the points.
This game, however, saw brisk second-half action do the trick as substitutes Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, and Juan Mata did the hard-work with Fernandes creating Paul Pogba’s opener, and Mata providing the assist to Rashford’s thumping winner. A decent goal by Mason Greenwood in the middle all saw Tomas Soucek’s first-half effort go in vain.
The Red Devils could have actually had more goals to their name as Rashford had an excellent chance to score an easy goal when his excellent run and a sublime Fernandes pass beat all defenders and saw the English forward came close to the goalkeeper, but in vain as the ball struck the post and missed.
In fact, Fernandes elected to bring this up off the pitch on a social media post.

Adorning a photo of the two celebrating, Fernandes took to Instagram to playfully call out Rashford, stating: “If you miss a chance like that again you know what will happen.”
The 26-year-old will certainly feel like a chance for yet another assist has been robbed of him. Incidentally, Rashford’s eventual goal was from a starkly similar run of play as the forward capitalized on Mata’s clever pass instead.
The chemistry that a player of Fernandes’ calibre brings to the team cannot be stated enough and Ole Gunnar Solskjær is well aware of that. As of recent, the former Sporting man has been at the heart of nearly everything that has been going right at the club and there is fear that they may be too reliant on him.
