Everton have expressed their interest in signing yet another Manchester United defender, according to reports.

Under manager Sean Dyche, Everton have already completed two key signings: Leeds winger Jack Harrison on loan and Aston Villa midfielder Tim Iroegbunam in a £10 million deal.

As for defensive reinforcements, the Merseyside outfit is reportedly interested in Manchester United’s Victor Lindelof. The Swede could be brought in as a like-for-like replacement for Jarrad Branthwaite—a centre-back linked with a big-money move to Old Trafford this summer.

And now, to secure their flanks, the Toffees are planning a pursuit for yet another United defender, in Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

According to HITC, Sean Dyche is eager to bring in Aaron Wan-Bissaka, with the English right-back’s future at the Manchester club currently uncertain.

Initially believed to be out of Erik ten Hag’s plans at the Old Trafford club, the 26-year-old performed his way back into the Dutchman’s favour. He even produced a top performance in the FA Cup final.

However, he still remains behind Diogo Dalot in the pecking order for the right-back spot.

And with the former Crystal Palace star approaching the final year of his contract this term, a United exit is realistically on the cards for ‘the Spider’ this summer.

United, too, would be open to letting Wan-Bissaka leave if they receive an appropriate offer. However, it is currently unclear how much they would expect in return for the Englishman’s services.

Turkish giants Fenerbahce and Galatasaray are also said to be interested in the talented and ever-so-reliable defender.
