Barcelona Linked With £12m Move for Premier League Defender

Catalan giants are preparing a £12m bid for Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo.

Luis Enrique is in the market to bring a new centre-back to the Camp Nou, as Marc Bartra could be heading to Premier League after Barcelona’s admission that the defender is free to leave this summer. Adriano too, will be out of contract and is hence, expected to leave in the summer.

And according to reports in Spain, Barcelona could make a shock £12m move for Argentine defender Marcos Rojo.

Diario Sport believes Rojo is a good friend of his national teammate Lionel Messi and is believed to be keen on moving to Barcelona.

The 26-year-old, who joined the Red Devils in a deal worth £16million in 2014, looks unsettled at the club and has featured in just eight Premier League games this season.
