Malaga Interested In Signing Manchester United’s Andreas Pereira
Spanish club Malaga are targeting Manchester United youngster Andreas Pereira for a potential summer move, according to Don Balon.
Andreas Pereira completed his move from PSV Eindhoven’s Youth Academy to Manchester United back in January 2012, and has since been rated very highly by the Red Devils.
However, under the management of Louis van Gaal, the 20-year-old has made only a few rare first team appearances, and is mostly deployed on the bench, or in the under-21 squad.
La Liga outfit Malaga are thereby ready to offer the youngster a way out, with manager Javi Garcia showing genuine interest in him. In fact, Garcia is so impressed by the Brazilian, that the 45-year-old intends to build his team around the young midfielder.
Furthermore, it is also being reported that Malaga’s sporting director Francesc Arnau is already in talks with the Old Trafford officials over a possible move to bring Pereira to Spain, as per The Express.
And with rumours suggesting Andreas has fallen out with manager Louis van Gaal for excessive showboating in an U21 game against Sunderland, a transfer away from Manchester could very well be on the horizon.
