When Roy Keane, former Manchester United skipper and club legend, speaks, everybody listens and the Irishman has given his advice on which player should come to Old Trafford next season to strengthen their defence.

As per reports from various sources including Daily Mail, Keane believes fellow countryman and current Everton right back Seamus Coleman should leave his club in order to join the Red Devils next season.

Mourinho is currently looking for players to bring in the much required high level of quality as defensive reinforcements for next season as he prepares to challenge for more silverware like the Premier League title and European trophies next year after winning the EFL Cup already this season.

As he looks around for players to bring in, Coleman is one that has been linked with the red half of Manchester and is backed by Keane to perform well in European competitions and fit in the elite category of Old Trafford players.

Keane was caught speaking at a fundraiser event about the situation and had the following words to say, ”I’d love to see Seamus at Manchester United. It would suit him down to the ground.”

At the moment, Mourinho is satisfied with Valencia as a right back after describing him as the best in that position but with possible Champions League Football coming back at Old Trafford next season, the manager might want to bring in a more certified player to fit in that role.

At the age of 28, Coleman might not receive a better offer to join a better club in his playing career and hence might grab the opportunity with both hands once the offer comes knocking in the summer.
