Bayern Munich Plotting Move For Arsenal Star Alexis Sanchez
Bayern Munich are reportedly pondering over a raid on Arsenal for Alexis Sanchez.
Arsenal have currently put contract talks for the Chilean attacker on hold until the end of this season. Sanchez who is out of contract next year has also stalled over signing a new deal.
Recent reports have claimed Inter Milan have already held positive talks over a summer move for the 28-year-old forward. But according to Spanish paper Sport, Bayern have now entered the race to swoop for the Arsenal star.
The Bundesliga leaders smashed the Gunners 10-2 over two legs in champions League this season and ironically now want to poach their biggest star. Although no figures have yet been confirmed, it is believed Carlo Ancelotti sees the Chile international as the perfect player to help them achieve European dominance.
Despite reaching four of the past five Champions League finals, the Bavarian giants have only won the competition once, against Borussia Dortmund in 2013.

Ancelotti, as rumours say, wants to freshen up his squad to maintain their domestic dominance also.
Arsenal could sell Sanchez for as little as £35 million with the attacker entering the final year of his contract. Arsene Wenger will not want to lose a prized asset like Sanchez, but if there is no option then will be open to rebuilding his squad without the goalscorer.
The report further claims Bayern will pursue Real Madrid star James Rodriguez if they can’t sign Sanchez.
Rodriguez is most likely to leave the Bernabeu at the end of this season after falling out of favour under Zinedine Zidane, and he has attracted interest from Premier League big boys Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.
